nobody kicked it off is the part to sit with. if 9 out of 10 calls come from a machine, your real product surface is the review queue and not the chat box. build that screen first.

Box CEO Aaron Levie says that within five years, 90% of the AI tokens a company spends will go on work no employee started. A finished task just shows up, and your job is to review it.

Put the limits in the tools an agent can call, not in the system prompt. The stock market example is an agent doing exactly what it was told, and that is the failure mode a refusal filter never catches.

Barack Obama says the danger he fears from AI needs no consciousness and no malice, just models that set their own agendas and a gap between their goals and ours. He will not put the odds at zero, but says that is not the risk he fears most.

a data center is a tax base with servers inside it. the parishes that write the surplus into teacher pay end up with a story nobody can argue with. the ones that do not just get a warehouse and a fight.

A rural Louisiana school district paid its certified staff about $45,000 extra this year in sales-tax checks, because of the Meta data center going up in the parish. The June check alone was $50,000, against $10,000 the year before.
