@BritishGasHelp Impossible to get through to anyone online or phone. calling on behalf of my 80 year old father. Fed up of asking for paper bills he likes to go and pay them in cash. How can I get him changed to paper bills?

@BritishGasHelp You need to get agents who can help rather than put calls through and keep customers on hold and still not have enquiries completed. Yet you send out letters very fast and demands yet no one to answer your phones. Extremely frustrating and terrible.
