@EPotterMD I think if the insurance company insists on the physician then it seems the liability should also go to the insurance company. My doctor can’t recommend a physician for me bc if they do a bad job he can be sued for the recommendation. Why can’t this be applied to insur

@EPotterMD In ER for leg crush injury and they wanted to discharge me because they didn't have any "Codes" that would cover my overnight stay.
Was on Morphine and couldn't possibly string together a coherent sentence (let alone even walk, get into a wheelchair etc.).
