Exclusive: a Hawk T2 getting airborne from RAF Valley, N. Wales. As it rolls down the runway flames appear from the rear of the jet. The Hawk T2 does not have reheat (afterburner). As the jet climbs the flames seem to disappear. The main Hydraulic system is on the rear left side.

It’s unusual to capture an ejection like this. It’s a Hawk T2 aircraft based out of RAF Valley, Anglesey, North Wales. I grew up 3 miles away and have 100hours on the Hawk T1 (what the @rafredarrows currently operate). You can see 2 Martin Baker ejection seats departing Hawk. 90.3K views · 142 likes · 5 reposts · 13 replies Open on X →

There is no evidence, reporting, or through close sources, that Ukraine has targeted U.S. ships. Tankers chartered by US oil majors have been hit by drones near a Russian Black Sea terminal, although Ukraine hasn't claimed those specific strikes. 1.5K views · 5 likes · 3 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

In 2021 Russia put up an ASAT to purposefully destroy one of its COSMOS satellites. This created over 15,000 fragments in orbit that put the ISS at risk. 1.1K views · 3 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
