If we learn of event dates from elsewhere, we post them to the website as that is where new people tend to start their BSides search. Wonder why are some BSides marked as "Unconfirmed" on the BSides website event list at https://t.co/gdbMcmGyCn? It is because the web team lists all events reported to us by email to info@bsides.org (keep people informed is one of the few original rules of BSides).
