We've always known he's a brilliant player but I think this will be the season where he cements himself as one of the best in the league. I see him starting a lot, dominating most games & being involved in many of our key moves consistently from season start to end. 25.9K views · 756 likes · 64 reposts · 14 replies Open on X →

Not sure it works this way. Team building is a consistent act of improving squad. Players decline, become unfit, want to leave, don't work out - all the time. Filling holes & upgrading are different tactics. And targets always don't go as per plans. Need to be flexible & faster. 13.9K views · 285 likes · 33 reposts · 17 replies Open on X →

Where #MUFC are as last 24 hours of the window approaches… Clearly there are areas of the squad that still need improving. United had a bigger but still constrained budget going into the window. And big sales didn't materialise. The no. 1 priority, midfield, has been 50.9K views · 184 likes · 25 reposts · 22 replies Open on X →
