Across the US, workers are souring on AI. The tech industry has insisted that AI would make workers’ lives easier and more productive, that the more people understood and used AI, the more they would like it. Something closer to the opposite has happened. https://t.co/CsBJzsFFq3 125.4K views · 998 likes · 246 reposts · 18 replies Open on X →

Incidentally, publishing ghost-written op-eds used to be a cottage industry unto itself, made possible by freelance writers and editors. Those jobs have increasingly been automated by AI. https://t.co/ITNv1ZkHOZ 3.5K views · 51 likes · 12 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

The WSJ is an astoundingly good paper. Its editorial pages, run separately, are very conservative and have cachet. One way to strip them of that pretty quickly is to suggest any piece could have been generated by the same algorithms that create unicorn pictures on WhatApp's AI. 46.9K views · 281 likes · 64 reposts · 10 replies Open on X →
