Really happy for the HF team, because several times across the years I've looked at what they are doing and just thought "this is very cool, but also no way on earth it works out in the long run". Well, it did work out, and that makes me happy for them 🤗 15.4K views · 373 likes · 4 reposts · 10 replies Open on X →

@giffmana watching millionaires doing all this with very distant 7th or 8th place models is why I have an X account lol 4.8K views · 7 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

Apropos of nothing: We all agree that it's called Slopus right? And that they introduce Mythos/Fable mostly to steer away from everybody calling their main model Slopus, right? 18.7K views · 207 likes · 4 reposts · 16 replies Open on X →

@giffmana @JFPuget @RheaSukthanker @CameronPashmina @Emy_Aze He says even "post-training" exaggerates the importance. https://t.co/ZOS5eCj3Ju 6.5K views · 14 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

@giffmana @JFPuget @RheaSukthanker @CameronPashmina @Emy_Aze Even calling it post training would be misleading. 4.7K views · 17 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

My Transformer tutorial slides are now available at https://t.co/aYfnVKPDjT I'll append recordings to this thread as I get them. If you want to use some of the slides for your lecture, you may, as long as you credit me. If you'd like me to give the lecture: maybe; e-mail me. h 0 views · 3.5K likes · 575 reposts · 72 replies Open on X →

Giving a lecture introducing the Transformer architecture in all gory details at @M2lSchool tomorrow. Also got permission to publish slides and will share recording if/when I get one. It's a pretty cool set of slides, largely thanks to @_basilM for inspiration! 0 views · 320 likes · 13 reposts · 10 replies Open on X →
