@tnmoc I love C++ since the CFront days and still feel it is the most versatile and expressive programming language. It has been losing ground in popularity to Java and Python. What changes could be made to the language or runtime environment to turn this trend around?

@tnmoc OS X was drawn from NeXT, and both use Objective-C, an independent object-orientated adaptation of C which (if I’m not mistaken) predates C++ by a year and IMHO is far more elegant.
