The findings come from Wegmann, Baqai, & Conrad who studied the redevelopment of 1,392 SFH lots into 5,359 townhouses between 2007 & 2020
Though lots were reduced by 68%, the new homes were more than 1,000 square feet larger. The most amazing part is they were $200k cheaper! htt
