最近听到字节跳槽出来的管理带来一些新的词汇，以前腾讯是拉通，字节喜欢说对齐。 我不懂啥是对齐。有人说就是对齐思路，比如你在网上和人对线，那就是对齐。我说抱歉，真对齐不了一点儿。
