AFLDS @AFLDSorg just filed our merits brief at the Supreme Court.
Washington State’s 2023 Family Reconciliation Act amendments let government officials hide runaway minors from their parents and start so-called “gender-affirming” interventions.
That is unconstitutional and

Public health and medicine are naturally in conflict.
When public health knows where its commitment to the greater good has to stop, people end up healthier for it. When it doesn’t know where to stop, you get governments that hide the risks of a dangerous experiment and

"Feel free to boo."
@RandPaul said the quiet part out loud: Anthony Fauci was the arch nemesis of medical freedom.
That is not hyperbole. That is the medical record of the last six years.
A public-health official who treated your body as government property. Who sold fear as

In America, freedom is the law. It is not a privilege the government grants and can revoke. Protecting it is the government’s job, not its favor to us.

Once governments can quietly purge the doctors who disagree with them, every medical controversy — on any topic — gets decided by who has the power to fire the dissenters, not by science or ethics.

I know this fight.
Medical boards tried the same playbook on physicians who refused to lie to patients. They called truth “unprofessional conduct.” They wasted taxpayer money. They hoped doctors would fold. Some did. Many of us did not.
This case is not just about one

SHOCKING: Massachusetts seized a 15-year-old girl after her Catholic parents refused to pretend she was a boy.
School staff socially “transitioned” her in secret. Then the state took her. Almost two years later, they want to inject her with high-dose testosterone.
That is not

Fauci is no longer in office, but that doesn’t mean the danger is gone. Other bureaucrats are just as willing to sacrifice Americans for power and self-promotion. What we need now is accountability.
Arrest Fauci.

A Massachusetts family says the state took custody of their teenage daughter after they refused to affirm her as a boy, citing their Catholic faith.
The parents allege a school counselor socially transitioned their daughter without their knowledge, then reported them to the http

Justice for Fauci isn’t about revenge.
It’s about the next pandemic, the next mandate, the next time bureaucrats try to cover up the truth and tyrannize the American people.
If nothing happens now, we’ve told every future Fauci exactly how far they can go.

When I met Charlie, I didn’t just meet a conservative leader. I met a kindred spirit. Neither of us cared much for labels. What mattered was liberty. We bonded over medical freedom. https://t.co/NXnwdDTDYm

You don’t have to be a doctor or a lawyer to stand for truth. You just have to do the right thing when the moment comes.
In April 2020, a patient needed medicine. I gave it. Everything that followed came from one simple decision:
Do what is right.

Language is the first casualty. Once you accept their terms, you start to surrender the science.
@AFLDSorg has said this for years: this is not medicine. It is sanctioned harm. Children cannot consent to sterility. Parents — not schools, not activists, not captured medical

When doctors view patients as God’s creation, they treat them with respect, compassion, and kindness. They honor the right to autonomy and informed consent because those rights are divinely given.

Gov. Josh Shapiro announced two “measles deaths” in Lancaster County on Aug. 25 — billed as Pennsylvania’s first in 35 years, both unvaccinated, and immediately used to attack RFK Jr. and falling vaccination rates.
Hours later the story cracked.

Nobody understands the value of personal liberty and autonomy better than doctors do. That’s why, just like the physician-revolutionaries who signed the Declaration of Independence, we pledge to defend liberty with “our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

Parental rights are not negotiable.
America’s Frontline Doctors has filed amici curiae briefs in six different cases defending parents against bureaucrats who hide “social transitions,” exclude families, and usurp the parental role.
