@ole_b_peters I did have one question on the name: Isn't this technically 'non-ergodicity' economics? Boltzman gave the implicit assumption a name but we are using the exact opposite of that assumption. @joshuawwy The reason we use the accurate technical term for the problem is that there is 150 years of technical literature associated with it.
