UPDATE: The NTSB just said the Cessna 150 in Wednesday’s midair collision in Carlisle, PA "appeared to be out of control" before impact—steep nose up, with its wings rocking. NTSB is now examining whether rotor wash from the State Police helicopter could have played a role. http
