@AlexBerenson @elonmusk Yep, everybody that is currently behind in AI wants it slowed. 13.7K views · 4 likes · 1 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

BTW, my Substack today is filled with people who think 9/11 was an inside job. Meanwhile, back in the real world, back in 2001, Osama bin Laden easily found 20 dudes willing to commit suicide so they could kill thousands of civilians. AI is *only* software, sure. I cannot be the only one who wants to set up a GiveSendGo for this champion, a black man who put up with two weeks of Karening to make sure Lindsay Clancy didn't roll on out of that courtroom 106.9K views · 7.5K likes · 745 reposts · 155 replies Open on X →
This is amazing. The Left has been trashing this guy all week only to find out that he was the only black person on the jury, getting hounded by bossy white women. Just perfect. 3.1M views · 106.3K likes · 11.9K reposts · 2.8K replies Open on X →
Blah blah blah you’re so sad. Let’s get real. Lindsay Clancy strangled her kids. Three kids. Sent hubby on an errand and killed then dead. If she is not talking to Jesus 24/7 except when she’s up to her eyes in injectable Zyprexa I don’t want to hear about diminished capacity. 36.9K views · 681 likes · 37 reposts · 17 replies Open on X →

@AlexBerenson When did we start counting an unavoidable death as a preventable one to justify policy? 15.2K views · 11 likes · 0 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →
New Unreported Truths: When is the death of an infant with an always fatal genetic disease “measles-associated”? When it happens in a blue state with a politically ambitious governor, or course! https://t.co/hknplMYE7N 18.8K views · 1.1K likes · 201 reposts · 27 replies Open on X →
A child who had “Amish lethal microencephalopathy” - an always fatal genetic disorder that kills newborns within months - is the second Pennsylvania measles death? AYFKM? https://t.co/ySBQwVfiom 86.1K views · 2.5K likes · 407 reposts · 74 replies Open on X →
Let us not forget one and ONLY one person brought this misery on the world: Lindsay Clancy First by strangling her defenseless children Then by refusing to accept the responsibility for what she'd done. She could have pled guilty at any time. She can still plead guilty now. 47.9K views · 2.3K likes · 246 reposts · 38 replies Open on X →

If I were a young man looking to start a family I would seriously consider blanket rejections of all women overly sympathetic to Lindsay Clancy; Not that they're going to kill their kids, but because I-blame-society and women-as-victim attitudes run DEEP in them. 33.1K views · 1.2K likes · 77 reposts · 45 replies Open on X →
What white women see: A victim of the medical system who faced so many burdens blah blah blah What everyone else sees: A woman with a supportive husband and family, no money or job stress, and unlimited medical care WHO STRANGLED HER KIDS White women, sigh 93.9K views · 1.8K likes · 195 reposts · 101 replies Open on X →
Clearly, just as the OJ verdict was a signal moment in race relations - and not in a good way - a Lindsay Clancy acquittal will open a chasm between the (white) women who defend or excuse it and the rest of us. Identity group politics never look worse than in criminal cases. 110.8K views · 2.6K likes · 164 reposts · 83 replies Open on X →
And now ending deliberations will be the only way to stop an outright acquittal How you like them apples, idiots who screamed at me this morning? 66.6K views · 129 likes · 10 reposts · 9 replies Open on X →
I get the anger here, and I have said very publiclyI believe Clancy should be found guilty. But these are not show trials, and we don’t get to keep jurors into a room until they do what we want. It’s over. 17.8K views · 99 likes · 7 reposts · 14 replies Open on X →
Yes, insanity is usually an affirmative defense (meaning the defense must convince jurors). In Massachusetts, prosecutors must prove it past reasonable doubt. So if the defense puts up a half decent expert jurors may say, the experts couldn't agree, reasonable doubt. Awful rule 20.1K views · 98 likes · 5 reposts · 7 replies Open on X →
@AlexBerenson Well, that's a legally ignorant shit take. "Reasonable doubt" can only be determined through a unanimous jury determination. A jury unable to agree on a single verdict is not "reasonable doubt". 6.8K views · 388 likes · 1 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →
@AlexBerenson People can be frustrated at this jury outcome, but like many things in Massachusetts what is broken is created by politicians making laws and not irresponsible juries. That the burden of proof for an affirmative defense “I did it but…” is on the DA is backwards. If 21.9K views · 18 likes · 1 reposts · 5 replies Open on X →
@AlexBerenson That’s no reasonable doubt. That’s a hung jury 3.7K views · 243 likes · 0 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →
@AlexBerenson “Unfair to her” - what fairness did she given those three precious children? Spare me! 8K views · 551 likes · 0 reposts · 9 replies Open on X →
It's time to let the Lindsay Clancy jury go home. Like it or not (and I don't), this is what reasonable doubt looks like. If 12 people in a room for a week can't agree she's guilty, the prosecution has failed, and pushing them further is unfair to them and to her. 268.4K views · 2.7K likes · 129 reposts · 751 replies Open on X →
BTW, will anyone in the legacy media EVER be honest? What's driving the resurgence of measles in the US isn't the drop in measles vaccination rates in American-born kids from 95 to 93 percent. It's the Biden-era importation of millions of unvaccinated immigrants from Haiti, etc, 48.6K views · 2.5K likes · 603 reposts · 77 replies Open on X →
