For bloating and slow digestion:
🌿Crush uziza leaves + iru (locust beans) into warm water. Drink 20 minutes before a heavy meal.
Uziza stimulates gut motility. Iru contains digestive enzymes and gut-friendly bacteria.
West Africa had probiotics, we just didn't call them that.

@DedayoRoots The legal doctrine behind the founding of Australia was called Terra Nullius, which means empty land. And after 130 years of war and the stolen generations, a man named Mabo went to the high court to prove he existed so that doctrine could be overturned.

A European merchant in 1722, Cape Coast Castle writes to his London employers with an urgent request:
Send someone who knows herbs.
Because the African healers here, he says, are succeeding (in pharmacy and surgery) in ways we cannot.

One top herb for male fertility?
👉🏽 Sesame seeds.
Rich in zinc, vitamin E, and antioxidants; they boost testosterone, improve sperm count & revive sluggish sperm cells.
🌱Roast lightly. Chew like dessert.
