@Etanetan23 I haven't seen the film Etan but my understanding from descriptions is that it asserts that the use of collateral damage estimates (CDE's) - legally required under the LOAC - was a war crime. @Etanetan23 Just to re-up what I said. The films entire premise is based on framing the analysis for proportionality as an illegal act. That’s morally wrong and incoherent.
