this video is AI, obviously, as i already labeled it. think of it as a metaphor for what neuron rewiring looks like. the real point of this post is neuroplasticity, how it actually works and what it means for you. don't get hung up on the visual, focus on the idea.

they try it twice, it feels unnatural, and they retreat to the old highway. but the road doesn't need motivation to get built.
it needs repetition.

and the new life you want? the new reactions? the new boundaries?
that's a dirt path. slow. uncomfortable. takes effort every single time.

use a pathway enough and your brain locks it in. reinforces it. makes it the default.
faster. stronger. automatic.
that's why you keep ending up in the same place. same fears. same anxiety. same you. same relationships. same "why does this always happen to me."
not because

every thought you repeat. every reaction you let slide. every pattern you fall into without noticing.
your neurons fire together, and every time they do, that connection gets a little stronger.

you think change is a decision.
it's not.
change is construction. your brain is already building it, right now, whether you like it or not.

@alexeixbt Where attention goes, possibilities start to look different. That’s a powerful mechanism.

@alexeixbt Where attention goes, energy follows.
Focus on solutions, and you train yourself to notice possibilities instead of only problems.

i need to tell you that your brain is a receiving and relay station. if you focus on problems you receive problems. if you focus on solutions you receive solutions.

@alexeixbt it's called law of resonance, basically things with similar frequencies or patterns tend to resonate with one another.
so if you want something, and are aligned in the same frequency, the universe will provide you, just that you need to align yourself in that frequenc

@alexeixbt i believe the mind and the universe work together. the same way your subconscious has all the answers you need it draws its infinite information, wealth and health from the universe and the subconscious just acts as a gateway to all the answers

@alexeixbt This actually summarizes it tbh.

that's neuron.
it doesn't know fear.
it doesn't know lack.
it just repeats what you tell it.
you tell it "i'm not enough" 500 times. the neuron fires. then fires again. then builds a superhighway for that belief.
you tell it "nothing ever works for me" every morning. the https
