Above Rs 2k is filling 18+ litres of petrol. Stand at a petrol pump in Mumbai suburbs and find out what percentage of customers do that. Also, since practically there will be very few greater than Rs 4k transactions, ask customer to split it up. But smart owner will take card! 😝
