When thinking about this, I thought its rare that I praise anything about Nigeria's political system but one virtue of it is it's literally illegal & unconstitutional for the state to strip the citizenship of a natural born citizen, at least, for any reason. 2.6K views · 19 likes · 4 reposts · 3 replies Open on X →

@buffsoldier_96 Sanctions are a foreign attack that creates a rally around the regime. People know where their pain is coming from. You're not tricking them into blaming the regime. Libs live with their heads in the clouds. 698 views · 35 likes · 1 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

Sanctions also limit Iran’s ability to innovate and reproduce the human capital necessary to maintain the military capabilities the IRGC cares about most. Ultimately, the IRGC’s main objective is securing the IR; sanctions are one of the great obstacles they face in that pursuit. 6.5K views · 16 likes · 2 reposts · 2 replies Open on X →

You can see that Jonathan Majors is really exercising his acting chops in trying to make the garbage script he was given into a diamond. 3.6K views · 16 likes · 0 reposts · 1 replies Open on X →

And the Iran war, & Ukraine too, has shown that states with barely a navy can use decentralised hybrid amphibious warfare to frustrate, scupper, undermine even push back more powerful hi-tech navies, especially when said power is under the spell of the "short-war illusion". 1.3K views · 20 likes · 2 reposts · 0 replies Open on X →

Kotkin has observed that one of the few good things to come of Russia's invasion of Ukraine is demonstrating how difficult and unrewarding it is to conquer valuable real estate; all the invader can really "achieve" is to wreck everything. 20.7K views · 778 likes · 34 reposts · 8 replies Open on X →

Chilling how extreme this is. Forget democracies even most dictatorships don’t have such measures. https://t.co/ZHccSIMvIK
