I really don’t like the idea of HMOs and a constant turnover of tenants at all. They put pressure on local housing, create more noise, parking problems and waste. In Dec 2020 I submitted an FOI request to UHL re: Covid deaths. The trust serves the 1.2 million residents of Leicester, Leics & Rutland + a further 2-3M people from the rest of the UK who come for specialist treatment. In 2019/20 they treated 1.4M patients (4K patients each day)
