@wilsonhlthcoach That’s awful. Have you heard Harry the paramedic talk about the number of “vaccidents” now too? We actually met a young man who had a stroke while riding his motorcycle. He’s paralyzed now and wheelchair bound.

Another one of my hubby's coworkers just died.
That makes 4 of his coworkers in just the last 3 weeks.
One of them was in a bad car accident, but the other three were random health-related deaths.
One of his family members, his cousin's husband, also recently died. Cardiac

3 years ago, I started rendering my own beef tallow and making body cream and a body/shampoo bar.
I stopped dying my hair and I let it grow.
Once it got long enough, I trimmed it short to cut out all the hair that had been dyed.
My natural hair color was a medium brownish red.

Ham steaks for breakfast.
This is what happens when you find local farmers and ranchers.
Not only do you gain new friends, but when you buy meat from them, they throw in extras for free, like ham steaks, just because.

@wilsonhlthcoach Buffalo is absolutely fantastic. Makes for AWESOME hamburgers.
We have a dish called Rocky Mountian burgers that we make during hunting season. Elk or Buffalo, cheese, and ham with your choice of normal fixings. (Also, a fried egg is good too!)

@wilsonhlthcoach I advocate for this message. Too many influencers tell you you can’t overeat fat. Then you have the Emrich’s and their protein sparing looking like vegans. I personally can tell you that you can absolutely overeat fat. It’s one of the few aspects of diet that’s i

The judge in the Clancy case says he intends to declare it a mistrial.
He hasn't declared it yet, but if the jury continues to be deadlocked, he will.
What happens now?
A retrial? Dismissal? Plea bargain?
Guess we'll see soon enough.

My mom used to make ground beef & eggs like this for dinner when I was young. She called it "country breakfast."
I'm using locally raised ground buffalo and locally raised duck eggs.
I will always get the, "That meat is too lean," comment.
But, I know what my body needs, and I

@wilsonhlthcoach @SBakerMD @KenDBerryMD @anthony_chaffee My wife and I are both on the Carnivore Diet. I lost over 30 lbs. My wife has lost 17 lbs but her main goal was to help her diabetes. Her last bloodwork showed her glucose at 95. Her A1C has come down below 6.0.

How did you hear about Carnivore?
I first heard it from @SBakerMD on youtube. I had been following him since 2019 and liked what he was sharing during covid. Then I began watching @KenDBerryMD and @anthony_chaffee
Everything they were saying just made sense.
