3,000 people ended their normal shower with a blast of COLD.
Every day for a month.
Then they reported 29% fewer sick days.
Dutch researchers ran it. 3,018 working adults, split by chance into groups.
The routine was simple. Take your normal warm shower. Then turn it cold for

Everything you do walks your knees FORWARD.
68 adults with knee arthritis, average age 56, added one odd thing to their exercises.
Ten minutes of BACKWARD walking. Three days a week.
Everybody in the study kept their regular knee exercises with a physiotherapy program. One htt

I spent 30 years and seven figures learning what actually works.
Mine.
The book is FREE.

What went into it:
• The health collapse that started all of this at 21
• The gut repair order I worked out, step by step

The FDA banned one food dye in 2025.
It took tumors in MALE RATS to do it.
Europe puts a warning label on six more. America just lists them on the box.
RED 3 sat in candy and frostings for decades. Food makers have until January 2027 to remove it.
The reason is a strict food

The spinach wilting in your fridge is LOSING vitamins every day.
The frozen bag in your freezer is not.
A University of California team measured what storage does. Eight produce items, four vitamins.
Frozen HELD. In three of the eight, it beat the fridge outright.
Corn, https

Your body keeps a score NOBODY has given you.
On the floor. Stand back up. Every hand or knee costs a point.
In the study, a 10: about 4 in 100 died over 12 years.
A 4 or less: 42 in 100 died.
Here's the 10-point test and the 5-step rebuild: 🧵 https://t.co/SKxPnegu7c

The equivalent of daily use for the past THREE YEARS is where the dementia link showed up.
And one of the drug families involved is sold without a prescription.

@CraigBrockie Avoiding foods that upset my tummy and trigger migraines. It's sadly rather a long list and includes garlic, onions, chillies, etc. Some people seem to be personally offended that I would rather eat blander food than suffer days of tummy pain or migraine.

What is the one health habit people give you a HARD TIME about, and you do it anyway?
Mine is finishing my showers cold.
I stopped defending it a long time ago.

Also know that sunlight is medicine and artificial blue light and 5G/WIFI/etc radiation is poison.
Watch the sunrise whenever possible. It sets your internal clock for the day and is rich in the best red light available. It helps sleep better too.
Take regular walks in the sun

The most valuable lesson?
Take full responsibility for your health.
No doctor alone, no matter how well-intentioned, can heal you.
Question and research everything, try approaches outside the mainstream, and listen to your body's wisdom.
Your health is in your hands.

10. Your body heals itself—if you create the right conditions.
The biggest truth: Your body wants to be well.
It has incredible self-healing abilities when you remove toxins, provide missing nutrients, balance pH, reduce stress, and address root causes.

9. Physical pain is rarely just physical.
My chronic pain persisted despite many different treatments.
Why? They focused on symptoms, not causes. Pain can come from:
• Biochemical issues
• Structural problems
• Energetic blockages
Address the source, not the signal.

Fat detox elements:
• Vitamin B3 (niacin) to induce a flush
• Exercise to mobilize toxins
• Sauna to sweat them out
• Pure water, electrolytes, and precision nutrition to replenish
The breakthrough book "Clear Body, Clear Mind" provides full details.

8. Fat-stored toxins need special techniques.
When at my worst, I did a carefully supervised sauna detox.
Sweating mobilizes toxins in fat that other methods can't touch.
I've seen a friend's Parkinson's symptoms disappear after just 4 weeks on this same protocol. https://t.co

7. Your liver needs periodic flushing.
Livers become clogged with stones that conventional scans can't detect.
After my first 24-hour liver flush, I passed over 100 stones.
Each flush after brought less pain and greater energy.
This transformed my health. https://t.co/A0pxBJl

Identify your food triggers:
Get an ImuPro test, or remove these for 30 days:
• Gluten
• Dairy
• Corn
• Soy
• Eggs
Then, reintroduce one weekly and track symptoms. Many people see dramatic improvements in just one month.

6. Hidden food sensitivities sabotage health.
After extensive testing, I discovered I was reactive to foods I ate daily.
These "harmless" foods caused inflammation, water retention, and chronic symptoms.
Most doctors completely miss this crucial factor.

The biggest is that you can make your own probiotics at home!

5. Your gut controls your brain.
When anxiety was at its worst, doctors wanted to medicate me.
Then I realized that my "chemical imbalance" was coming from my gut, not my brain.
95% of serotonin is produced in your gut, not your head.
Fixing my gut fixed my anxiety. https://t
