I just want to make one thing very clear. There have been people resorting to increasingly desperate methods to try to silence me and prevent me from speaking out about rape and the abuse I’ve suffered, but I will NEVER stop raising awareness and advocating for change.

Victims shouldn't have to keep defending themselves long after a trial is over. No lawyer should be able to continue attacking a victim outside the courtroom without scrutiny. Coming forward about rape is an incredibly tough thing to do and we shouldn't be targeted or smeared.

In reality, the recording released in the media was shortened only because the full version is extremely long and contains private conversations about unrelated people. It does not change the meaning of the confession. The jury heard the full recording—and convicted him.
