@joshstrength Many benefits to hill sprints. I use them 2x a week beginning in May for our athletes. The rep range is 20-50 per session. All sprints <5 sec with a 30-60 sec rest between. Here's how Seylonov's research looked. This is from a presentation 2014 he made in Virginia.
