@profpaVarghese I had same case. Didn't check insulin though. Even with med, BP was 125/90 + most of the time. When I started dieting and reduce weight, BP started going down. I had high bp when I was 50. Doctors gave drugs.+BP did not come down. I visited 5 hospitals with great doctors who gave different drugs. But BP remained 150/90.
