@SandeepMall I thank you personally as 3 years ago your tweets made me restart my life at the age of 49 . Was diagnosed as high diabetic and with constant and steady work out regime I have lost over 15 kgs in a span of 3 years and my diabetes is under 5.4 HBA1c . Can thank you enough🙏
