@DaVita I’m a patient at a Davita clinic in Louisiana that is not being maintained/cleaned properly. Chairs are falling apart - cushions collapsed and rips and tears. I’ve contacted corporate but nothing has been done. Here’s a pic of the floors which are filthy. https://t.co/sR5IKht1Uf
