看到柴靜的回應了。我只提到打黑一句，卻拋磚引玉。我覺得她講的是挺實際，挺有真記者的風範。 這件事不是一下兩下就能說清的，而需要认真的，淋漓尽致的好好聊聊。因為不但內情複雜，也有根本對法理，治理，哲理的認知和辯論；如due process vs substantive justice。
