@martintetaz Si no hay diferencia entre el costo laboral y el sueldo de bolsillo no existirían aportes de ningún tipo, es decir debería ser 0%, algo que es inviable. Por otro lado el FAL es un afano porque el empleado termina pagando su propia indemnización.
