Frustrated with @SamsungIndia washing machine service. Our top-end model stopped working after a routine technician cleanup. Multiple follow-ups, but no diagnosis or resolution. Feels like going in for a cold check-up & landing in the ICU. Deeply disappointed. @Samsungelectronics
