I’m so deeply grateful for this @British_Airways crew on BA560 today, who were angels when I got scared because of bad weather turbulence. Ditto the (literal) Samaritan I was lucky enough to be seated beside (as well as the kind man who moved to allow me to sit nearer the crew). https://t.co/xLgfJHN1L9
