First session since London Marathon… (Lord help me!)😵😭 The last 3wks have been pretty rubbish running-wise with my toe, then illness, then another weird rash..😭But slowly building back! It wasn’t pretty but we got it done. The only way is up.. as it can't get any worse!🤣📈 https://t.co/kcfiwkrwYg
