A year ago we left Manchester children’s hospital after smashing his transplant, the toughest and gruellest treatment he had to endure! Little did we realise the hard work started with recovery!! But a year on and he’s thriving, happy and as cheeky as ever 💪🤣 https://t.co/QJ3HrEmHR4
