Fresh concreting outside my building. Roads were dug up. Fixed. Then dough up again. And the contractor has made an absolute mess. The water logging, is for everyone to see and suffer. How do we fix this ? This is Bandra reclamation near the depot. @mybmc @mybmcWardHW https://t.co/8U9a2NU0Bo
