@swarovski @TheMarkHotelNY Unfair sales practice at Swarovski Capacity AVM Istanbul (Ticket: 155815). "No-refund policy" was undisclosed prior to sale. Case escalated to Turkish Ministry of Trade & Consumer Arbitration Board (THH: 2026/0719.102). Requesting full refund!
