🚨 UPDATE: Andy Burnham will cut VAT on electricity bills from 1 October - from 5% to 0%. It'll mean a typical saving of £45 a year. He says it's funded by scrapping the Digital ID programme, which was going to cost £1.8bn over the next three years.
