@KotakBankLtd Doing fraud with customers by first saying that card is free and then charging the annual fee. I’m yet to receive the reversal of fee which was confirmed on 12th June. Not even cancellation the card. Pathetic and fraud bank, pathetic services. https://t.co/d5f24SWoYK
