@Starkillers No, the CLARITY Act (Digital Asset Market Clarity Act) has not passed yet. It passed the House in July 2025 and cleared the Senate Banking Committee in May 2026. It's now on the Senate calendar after recent merged text updates, with a floor vote possibly coming soon before the
