@TMobileHelp Ordered Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. UPS Tracking shows zero movement for 7 days. Chat agent walked back “out for delivery,” then left the chat after I requested supervisor escalation. Need actual status or resolution, not “check back later.”
