On the Poker HoF: If HoF members barely vote, no one can get in with the new system. One fix would be to adjust the minimum vote requirement by the % of votes cast. This year the threshold would have moved to 16.7 votes (100/132 * 22) adding Seiver and Scheinberg to the HoF
