The Senate just confirmed Jay Hurst, Trump’s pick to be Pentagon comptroller, as part of this tranche of 74 nominees. DoD will have its first Senate-confirmed budget chief since Trump took office. Hurst was acting comptroller from last August to May, when he was nominated.
