永住者の在留資格の取消しに関するガイドライン(案)のパブコメも行われています。令和６年の入管法改正で 「永住者」の在留資格を取り消すことができる事由として、1枚目画像のように3つの取消事由を追加しました。そのガイドラインのパブコメです。こちらも締切は9月4日まで。 https://t.co/CsZAVznfFR
