The reality is that Peer to Peer is a joke. Anyone betting on PM's is basically betting against a Market Maker (another word for illegal bookmaker) I'm bothered that the Market Makers don't have to pay the Federal Excise Handle Tax, League Fees, State Gaming Taxes, Compliance
