@theiaincameron Georg Leo Graf v Caprivi de Caprera de Montecuccoli was a German general and statesman who served as Chancellor of the German Empire from March 1890 - October 1894, succeeding Otto v Bismarck. He was born in Charlottenburg into a Prussian noble family of Italian/Slovenian origin.
