@EndresenHeather *My thoughts* (not Heather's) 1. Feels like we're approaching the end of an era of easy, cheap micro PE. 2. Some of this is a good thing! Too many non-qualified people have been doing searcher deals, and many will go bankrupt. 3. The SBA has really been going after investors.
