@Bob_Wachter @NEJM My mom received substandard care from a group of hospitalists two weeks ago. Not even a hint of the medical school and residency rigor I had. Arrogant, lazy, and couldn’t even be bothered with questions lest it hurt the egos. Not impressed with their model.
