NEW: A Department of Justice spokesperson, asked for comment on the Ninth Circuit's ruling disqualifying Nevada's acting U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah tells MS NOW, "We disagree with the 9th Circuit’s decision and we plan to appeal this decision to the Supreme Court.”
