@ArbitrumDevs @ethereum @SuccinctLabs @Offchain Great to see Arbitrum developing ZK settlement. One proof can finalize a state root sooner. A private chain still needs a separate answer: who sees trades, payroll and client records before Ethereum verifies the result?
