Nicole Kleinstreuer — NIH’s “Animal Testing Czar” — publicly promised to phase out testing on dogs. Since that promise, @NIH gave the University of Utah more than $2M in additional taxpayer money. 180 dogs — mostly young hounds — will be cut open and killed.
